Over the past two decades, I’ve helped some of the world’s most recognized brands navigate moments of transformation through creativity, technology, and innovation. Working across agencies including Firstborn, AKQA, Monks, and Superside, I’ve led digital products, campaigns, platforms, and brand experiences for organizations such as Meta, General Motors, Estée Lauder, Google, Uber, Amazon, Netflix, Booking.com, and many others. Along the way, the work has been recognized by organizations including The One Show, Clio Awards, Webby Awards, FWA, Awwwards, and Ad Age.

As my career evolved, my focus expanded beyond creating great work to building high-performing creative organizations. Leading multidisciplinary teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, I became increasingly interested in how creative teams operate, scale, and maintain excellence across disciplines, markets, and channels. Whether supporting global client partnerships, developing creative leaders, improving operational effectiveness, or helping organizations navigate emerging technologies, my work increasingly centered on the systems behind creative success, not just the outputs themselves.

Most recently, that evolution led me to focus on how creative work is produced in the age of artificial intelligence. As Chief Creative Officer at Superside, I led a global organization of more than 350 creatives before establishing the Creative Intelligence Studio, an initiative focused on AI-native approaches to creative production through generative AI, controlled image generation, hybrid production, and automation. The experience reinforced a belief that the future of creativity is not about replacing people with technology, but about designing organizations and systems where creativity, operations, and technology work together more effectively. Today, I help organizations transform how creative teams operate, scale, and deliver value through the intersection of creativity, operations, technology, and AI.
