A multinational pharmaceutical corporation asked us to create more than 140 animated films in eight weeks. Every script arrived as a loose narrative. Everything else had to be invented. The storytelling. Characters. Visual language. Voice. Motion. A traditional production model simply wasn't built for that level of speed or scale.

So we didn't speed up production. We redesigned the system behind it.

Instead of treating every film as its own project, we built a connected creative system where every output became the input for the next. Scripts became concepts. Concepts became visual territories. Styleframes became storyboards. Storyboards became animation. Every step reduced ambiguity, accelerated collaboration, and preserved creative intent.

Because the system handled consistency, creativity could focus on exploration. Rather than repeating a single aesthetic, we developed a broad library of visual worlds spanning watercolor, graphic collage, hand-painted realism, Japanese ink, surreal oil painting, clay animation, pop art, stylized 3D, and more. Every story found the artistic language it deserved.

In just eight weeks, sixteen creatives delivered more than 140 original animated films totaling over 8,000 seconds of unique video content.

The films proved the system worked. The real product was a creative operating system. One that combined human taste, AI-enabled workflows, and production discipline into a repeatable model capable of delivering world-class creative at a speed traditional production couldn't match. Because the future of creativity won't be defined by the content we produce. It will be defined by the systems we build to create it.

As Chief Creative Officer, I led the creative vision, operating model, and multidisciplinary team that brought the system to life, partnering closely with Pfizer to redefine how AI-enabled creative could be produced at enterprise scale.
